With a pre-construction career spanning over 12 years, Marcus is an experienced professional with a diverse background in multi-family residential, commercial, and sporting complex developments. Throughout his time in this field, Marcus has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in project estimation, planning and management; ensuring successful outcomes for the diverse scopes and methods needed complete each project.
Notable formal education includes a A.D. in Applied Sciences from Mesa Community
College(2009) and a B.S. in Construction Management from Arizona State University(2012). While formal education will only take you so far in our industry, Marcus has been the benefactor of practical ‘real-world’ education, working closely alongside seasoned professionals who helped shape his approach and processes to deliver successful results.
These experiences have laid the foundation for leadership opportunities in the form of Pre-Construction Director, Chief Estimator, Senior Estimator and Project Manager roles. In each opportunity, Marcus has been able to hone his skills in strategic oversight, planning precision and efficient and cost-effective project execution.
