Southern Utah Area Manager
Josh Lyon joined the Wasatch Team in November 2017. He started his career in Construction Management in 2004, bringing over 18 years of experience to Wasatch Commercial Builders. He oversees all development and construction activities in Southern Utah for the company. He has
extensive knowledge in all aspects of Construction, with experience in the Civil, Commercial, Multi-Family, Industrial and Retail Industries.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the Budgets and construction schedules on multiple projects, from pre-development through construction close-out
- Coordinating with City officials and design consultants to see properties through entitlements and construction document
- Collaborating with the Development team to locate, entitle, and develop properties
- Collaborates with the Accounting and Estimating teams to ensure a sound budget is produced and managed
- Working with the construction team to ensure Safety, Schedule, and Quality
- Assists in recruiting and training of new employees in the Southern Utah area
A Southern Utah native, Josh enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife and two boys. Josh has a passion for construction and working with people to bring about the production of lasting projects and relationships.
