Austin Overman has spent the last 16 years navigating the ins and outs of real estate
development—primarily in multifamily and large master-planned communities. With a career covering over $500 million in real estate assets, Austin’s done a bit of everything: acquisition, financing, construction, management, sales, marketing, and capital sourcing. Austin’s academic foundation in finance from the University of Utah bolsters his approach to smart growth and market-savvy strategy.

Outside the office, Austin swaps his spreadsheets for skis, dirt bikes, or hiking boots, sharing outdoor adventures with his three young kids. 

He firmly believes that life’s best moments are often off the beaten path – especially if that path is a fresh line of powder or a challenging trail.
